How I Chose To be Strong, Not Skinny

So you’re probably expecting some health and fitness tips, right?  Sure I could detail my exercise routine or the ingredients I use to make my protein shake – but while a healthy diet and exercise is great, it will only get you so far. For me, what transformed my relationship with my body was a change in my outlook and I hope this post goes someway to help those of you struggling, make that change for yourselves!

It’s taken some time for me to speak openly about this subject, but with the launch of my new Youtube channel – discussing beauty, fashion and lifestyle – I can’t think of a better time to discuss something that involves all three!

As I mention in the video description, this post isn’t aimed at promoting any body type over another but simply addressing the need for people to accept their natural shape and make the most of it!
