How to Make My Favourite Two Minute Smoothie

Hi guys!

With two more days until the weekend, I thought we could all do with a little reminder to keep us back on track and firmly in the health food lane! And what better way to do this than a delicious healthy smoothie, pain free and berry delicious!

This berry vegan protein smoothie is my absolute favourite because its super tasty but also low in sugar! In the morning or before/after a work out this shake is ideal as it replenishes your nutrient stores, keeping you lean and strong!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 NutriBullet blender

1 cup of frozen berries (fresh berries also works!)

3/4 glass of almond milk or coconut water

1 cup of spinach

1/2 a cup of cucumber

A couple ice cubes depending on how cold you want it!
