    That was a great video Emma, love your evening routine is that every evening the same routine? I tried some Clarins products a few years ago and it caused a break out so my face must be too sensitive to something in the products. I use Chanel make up, moisturizers and cleansers most of the time, I know they are a bit more expensive than some high street brands but they last a lot longer and seem to work well on my skin. I use Decleor Aroma products often in the bath and shower as a little luxury if I don’t get time to get the odd massage. I am a clinical aromatherapist and did practice frequently but don’t have much time to do it now. I sold my plinth table to a teacher friend when he was doing his Sports Massage Course.

    During the week I am working 9-5pm then Monday to Thursday have my fitness classes, Spin Monday-Wednesay and Pilates Course and Improvers Class on Thursdays. Friday night off so I am either out or a quiet night in. So tonight Chris my fiance is out with work colleagues dinner/drinks and I will have a pamper evening, then watch some movies with a glass of wine more than likely 🙂

    Saturdays I normally go out for a long run in the park which is 10 minutes from home. Then visit my mum in the care home and then do some shopping or whatever, see friends for dinner in the evening or family with Chris. Sundays more relaxing, food shopping then I have another Spin class at 5pm on Sundays.

    Chris tends to come to whichever gym I am teaching in and does a workout then a swim, he had an accident playing football last August and tore is Patella so it is still in recovery. He will come along to my classes soon or so he says if he is not too scared 🙂 ha

    Oh dear I have written a book Emma……so back to work for me. Have a good day and weekend 🙂 xxxx
