That’s right, I’ve jumped on the wearing-white-in-winter bandwagon but it just so happens my winter is nicer than yours #sorryaboutit.
As you should know by now, I’m all for being inclusive when it comes to trends. I’m a firm believer that all shapes, all sizes can find a way to style a look in a way that suits them, so trust me when I say this because it comes from a place of love: clumsy girls, this trend is not for you.
Here is a list of things you can’t do while wearing white:
* try hiding your “Wednesday” panties in white denim – not happening.
Never one to bow out of a challenge, I decided today was the day I was going to rock the all-white look. I set out armed to the teeth with emergency soda water in case I came in contact with someone clumsy – duh, it would never be my fault.
Taking the trend one step further and two steps west, I found myself on Melrose Place wearing the cutest crop top I’ve seen in a while. What’s that? The crop is overdone? Uh-uh. This is a cropped, sleeveless button down, complete with tassel details. Overdone? It’s just getting started. *hair flip*
I paired mine with the universally flattering pant: the flare.
Ladies, listen up. Any pant that gives the illusion of tiny thighs is something you’re going to want to buy into. Particularly if your post-Christmas-emergency-summer-body diet plan is still just that: a plan.
Adding some contrasting accessories and a pair of hidden heels will really elevate your look.
Love the trend? Then shop it!
