Wednesday marked the last day of an exhausting, month-long run of fashion weeks that took me from New York to London and to Paris.
Finishing the month on a high, I was excited to attend the Maison Valentino show at the Espace Éphémère, Jardin des Tuilleries. I wore a monochrome look with a two-tone, sheer Valentino dress complete with a bow detail at the neck, and finished the look with a pair of rock stud Valentino shoes.
THE SHOW: As could be expected, the show was absolutely beautiful. Inspired by the 18th century tradition of the Grand Tour, which saw the young and wealthy travelling around Europe to finish their cultural education, designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpalo Piccioli took us on a journey by land and sea, referencing Italian classicism, marine-life and floral motifs.
My Top 3 Must-Have Looks:
I’m dying to wear the white, floor-length dress. Which one’s your favourite?
Now I’m back in London, I’m enjoying settling back into life at home, however if there’s one thing you should know about me, I don’t stay still for long. Next up? ONE WHIRLWIND ADVENTURE TO THE FAST EAST. Can you guess where? 😉
